Antique Stained Glass Window
circa 1775 - 1850
| The stained glass window shown below was purchased by Ken Emerson from a church that was destroyed by flood in 1971. The church was located in Northern Italy and was built in the 1700's. The frame, a few pieces of glass, and the solder were restored by Rainbow Connection in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 1993. The window is still in its exact restored state - and is now for sale. The frame size is 40-1/4" wide x 74" high x 3" deep. The glass and solder are approximately 1/4 - 3/8" thick and is a picture of Moses holding the Ten Commandments. Asking price is $7,500.00. |
| The window looks much better than pictured. The flash brightens the solder lines to make them seem as an important part of the work. In reality, the solder appears dark, and with the light shining from behind or in front, the colors make the solder invisible. |

| Ken would like to see a church buy this work of art but will sell to any serious collector. This item is located in Highland Village, Texas. If it has to be shipped - it will have to be in a crate.
